Healing is inside of you! Your body is an amazing machine. Constantly adapting and adjusting and looking for health and balance. Sometimes the stress and recovery cycle is disrupted and the stresses are not fully processed. This can create an imbalance which has the potential to block the normal (innate) healing cycle.

Imbalances can cause symptoms. Our world is full of stressors. They can be physical or energetic. At times we don't fully process the stress and that can cause an imbalance in our emotions or physical body. The imbalances may cause symptoms of pain or loss of energy or a feeling of just being "off".

Body Code

Body Code is a unique modality used to identify imbalances so they can be released. Some examples of imbalances are trapped emotions, negative beliefs, toxins, pathogens, misalignments, and nutrition or lifestyle. Releasing the imbalances allows the body to get back into balance and back to the innate healing cycle.

Sessions can be done in person, via video and through email. We will identify areas or symptoms you would like to focus on. Then we use the Body Code to identify the imbalances related to that issue. Then we release the imbalances. This process is efficient and non-invasive!
